Job Description
Job Overview Fiestas Fest is hiring experienced bartenders to join our team for an exciting two day latin music festival in Las Vegas! If you thrive in face paced environments and enjoy providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty drinks using established recipes or creating new ones. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Verify IDS Requirements TAM and Health Card Required Ability to stand for extended periods of time Must be okay with working a long shift Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or food service within a fast-paced environment; fine dining or hospitality industry experience is highly valued. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, cocktail techniques, and beverage recipe development. Must be dependable, professional, and available both days of the festival Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that fosters guest loyalty. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and inventory management. Experience in beverage creation, wine knowledge, brewing processes, or catering is a plus.
