Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and proper food safety standards during food handling and beverage preparation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including catering or banquet events if applicable Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles, or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully Experience with serving alcohol responsibly, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions Previous bartending and barista experience is a plus; familiarity with the food industry enhances your ability to succeed in this role Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
