Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash transactions accurately using POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety, sanitation standards and Bistro 7 standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to promote sales and customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies; restock as needed Process cash handling efficiently while adhering to cash management procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events or busy periods Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or banquet experience Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and brewing processes Familiarity with POS system for processing transactions accurately Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting unique drinks to elevate guest experiences Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele confidently Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math understanding, and food industry calculations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality environment Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres through exceptional drinks and memorable service!
