Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting Manage cash handling efficiently, including processing payments accurately and balancing registers at shift end Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is highly preferred Fine dining or banquet experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to deliver high-quality service in upscale environments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Proven skills in customer service, with an emphasis on hospitality industry standards Experience in beverage recipe development and food handling practices Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining a lively pace Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through expert beverage craftsmanship, lively service, and genuine hospitality.
