We will train you to sell some one of the world's most recognized brands including Chevrolet and GMC as well as a variety of pre-owned vehicles between our 4 locations. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and face-to-face interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and presenting tailored automotive financing options and vehicle features. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase vehicle benefits, emphasizing high-end features and automotive industry innovations. Negotiate deals effectively by applying excellent communication skills, closing sales, and upselling additional services or accessories. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure optimal stock levels for retail sales. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of customer information and sales activities. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets while supporting overall dealership goals through teamwork and proactive outreach. Skills Proven experience or strong interest in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail automotive sales. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Multilingual abilities are highly valued for effective client communication across diverse customer bases. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management software) and inventory management tools. Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette, public speaking, and client communication for building rapport and trust. Demonstrated ability in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and lead generation to grow the customer base. Knowledge of automotive financing options, upselling techniques, deal closing processes, and automotive industry standards. Ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently while achieving set sales targets through strategic planning and retail math proficiency. Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering an outstanding dealership experience from initial contact through deal closing. Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple clients simultaneously while supporting the dealership's inventory control efforts.
