Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Skills:

• Food handling: Knowledge of safe food handling practices and ability to prepare garnishes and snacks

• Hospitality:

  Ability to provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to customers
• Cash handling: Proficiency in handling cash transactions, including giving change accurately

• Restaurant POS:

  Experience using a point-of-sale system in a restaurant or bar setting
• Basic math: Ability to perform basic calculations for cash handling and inventory management
• Food safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness in the bar area We are looking for a skilled Bartender & Server who is passionate about providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
