• with a splash of cheer. About the Role As a Tasting Room Sales Associate, you'll do more than serve wine
• you'll connect, educate, and inspire guests to fall in love with our wines and our story.

You'll be part educator, part host, part sales champ, and 100% team player.

This position involves:

Welcoming guests with warmth, positivity, and personality Leading engaging wine tastings with product knowledge and storytelling Upselling wine, flights, food items, and club memberships with confidence Helping with opening/closing tasks, bartending, bussing, light food prep, and dishwashing Supporting private events, winery events, wine club weekends, and offsite tastings Maintaining a clean, stylish, and well-stocked tasting room Being flexible, pitch-in ready, and upbeat during busy days

Skills & Experience:

Sales or hospitality experience is a big plus , but we're happy to train the right person Comfort working in a fast-paced, food-and-wine-service environment Strong communication and people skills Able to lift 40 lbs, be on your feet for several hours, and handle physical tasks Available on weekends & holidays (this is when the magic happens!) 18+ and eligible to serve alcohol in NY State Why Join Us?
