We specialize in fresh, healthy vending and micro-markets throughout Western New York. All of the fresh food stocked in our markets is prepared right here in our own kitchen — allowing us to provide high-quality, grab-and-go options our customers can feel good about. We are passionate about serving our community and delivering an exceptional breakroom experience through fresh food, reliable service, and strong customer relationships. Who We Are Looking For. We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Full-Time Weekday, First or Second Shift, On-Site Attendant to service an assigned Strive Market location within the Barker, NY area. Our Market Attendant's play an important role in maintaining fully stocked, clean, and welcoming market spaces. This is a customer-facing position requiring professionalism, reliability, and pride in the work you do.

Responsibilities include:

Restocking drinks, snacks, and fresh foods at assigned Strive Market locations Ensuring all products are rotated, fresh, and properly displayed Maintaining cleanliness and organization of market areas Acting as a friendly, professional representative of Strive when interacting with customers Addressing basic customer questions or concerns and communicating feedback to our team We take pride in the quality of our food, service, and customer experience — and we're looking for team members who share that same pride. This position does have physical demands and requirements, including frequent lifting totes (lifting up to 50 pounds), pushing/pulling a cart, standing/moving for extended periods and reaching above head to restock or clean. This position is a full-time, weekday, first or second shift on-site market attendant role. Weekends are a possibility. What we offer you that's different.

Work hours and schedule:

Start times for first shift weekday attendant's is between 7:00am and 8:00am each day (with a flexible start and end time). Start times for second shift weekday attendant's is between 2:00pm and 4:00pm each day (with a flexible start and end time). A typical work-day is 8 to 10 hours per day, Monday

•Friday. Weekends are a possibility.

Compensation:

Our attendants start between $18

•23 per hour (based on experience). Increases occur after 6 months, and annually based on reviews of performance at these points. Part
