Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take beverage orders with enthusiasm and accuracy Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes and standards Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Lightspeed POS, ensuring timely service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upcoming events Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings Restock bar supplies as needed, manage inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to management Follow all food handling procedures and safety regulations diligently Assist with catering events or banquets by serving beverages efficiently and professionally Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent customer service skills at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Lightspeed POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal regulations and responsible beverage service policies Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous retail math or hospitality experience is beneficial for managing sales transactions effectively Knowledge of brewing processes or catering operations can be an added advantage Join us if you're passionate about creating lively social environments where guests feel welcomed and valued.
