Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and creating exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Handle cash and operate the cash register or POS system
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and etiquette
• Proficiency in using POS systems or cash registers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during banquet events
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
