Full-Time Bartender - New Bar in Dansville, NY We're opening a brand-new bar in Dansville, NY and hiring a reliable Full-Time Bartender to be part of our launch team! If you love building a fun, welcoming atmosphere from the ground up, working with regulars, and growing with a new business, this is your opportunity.

Position Details Schedule :

4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (10-hour shifts), 3-4 shifts per week

Compensation :

$13-$16 per hour base pay (depending on experience) Plus excellent tips Overtime paid for hours over 40 Spread-of-hours pay and full compliance with NY minimum wage What You'll Do Deliver friendly, fast service to customers at the bar and tables Mix drinks, pour beer/wine, and run a high-volume bar efficiently Use the SpotOn POS system (experience is a big plus!) Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized Check IDs, responsibly serve alcohol, and follow all NYS liquor laws Handle closing duties and prepare for the next day Work independently on solo shifts while maintaining a positive vibe What We're Looking For 1+ years bartending experience preferred (we will train motivated candidates) SpotOn POS experience is a strong advantage Must have (or be willing to obtain) a NYS Bartender Certificate / Alcohol Server Training Reliable transportation and weekend availability Outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a new establishment Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Why Join Our New Bar?
