Manage POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Handle transactions with accuracy, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at shift end. Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub settings by serving drinks promptly while managing multiple tables or stations. Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety and compliance. Skills Proficiency with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly. Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on hospitality excellence. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving protocols. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and accurate measurement of ingredients. Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings such as food service establishments or the food industry at large.
