Responsibilities Support bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sinks, workstations, and storage spaces Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling procedures Assist in beverage recipe development and learn mixology techniques to enhance drink offerings Provide excellent customer service by serving drinks promptly and engaging with guests in a friendly manner Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Help manage bar inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management promptly Skills Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling and cashiering procedures Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail mixing, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage presentation techniques Proven ability in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Basic math skills for processing transactions, measuring ingredients, and managing retail math calculations Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to learn more about mixology and beverage trends, and ready to deliver memorable experiences in a lively setting.
