Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers—including craft beers—and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper processing of payments and tips. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with mixology techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies efficiently, and communicate needs to management proactively. Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while managing time effectively during busy service hours. Experience Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a hospitality environment, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions swiftly and accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create engaging interactions that foster guest loyalty. Experience in beverage recipe development, mixology skills, and understanding of food safety practices. Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
