Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that exceeds expectations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for order processing, billing, and cash handling. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons. Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, while managing inventory levels efficiently. Follow food safety management practices to prevent contamination and uphold hygiene standards at all times. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender or in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and transaction processing. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety regulations relevant to beverage service. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse guests. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Pay:
$40.00 - $60.00 per hour
