Overview We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Must have at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of food and beverage operations, and experience working in fast-paced environments such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. A background in the food industry, retail math, and POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS will be highly valued. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, responsible food handling, and cash handling skills, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a professional, friendly manner to enhance their overall experience Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashier duties including processing payments and giving change Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible alcohol service Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when applicable, especially in banquet or catering settings Uphold all food safety regulations related to beverage preparation and service Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or private parties when required Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting Previous experience serving in banquet or catering environments is a plus Must be at least 21 years old (or age relevant per local regulations) Join our team as a Bartender where your expertise will contribute to memorable guest experiences while advancing your career within the hospitality industry.
