Job Description
Job Summary We're on the lookout for a friendly, energetic barback to support the bartenders so they're able to keep the drinks flowing and the good times rolling. If you're eager to learn, work hard, are honest, reliable, and want to be part of a team as well as work in a fun local spot, we want to meet you!
Must haves:
- own transportation that works well in all weather
- able to work night shifts (as early as 1:30 am and latest until 3am) as well as occasional day shifts.
- Be willing and flexible to cover other barbacks when necessary.
- need to be able to lift 1/2 kegs, cases of beer, and soda syrup boxes as well as move tables and chairs.
- pay is a base + tip out from bartenders Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining area, including cleaning bar and dining surfaces, sinks, and equipment in compliance with food service bar safety standards Buss tables and clear used glassware or dishes promptly to ensure a tidy environment Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment with proper technique to prevent injury Support kitchen if needed, do dishes.
