Hiring Expectations:

Minimum of 3 years of sales experienceHVAC, mechanical systems, or clean energy sales experience strongly preferredProven history of achieving or exceeding sales goalsExperience selling to residential and commercial customers preferredExperience working with municipal, institutional, or property management clients is a plusStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage an independent sales territory, schedule, and pipelineKnowledge of HVAC systems, heat pumps, geothermal systems, or energy-efficient solutions is preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation requiredCommitment to integrity, accountability, and outstanding customer serviceBell Mechanical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
