Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend beverage options tailored to their tastes Maintain an extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, including signature cocktails and seasonal specials Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling accurately Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during beverage preparation and service Process cash transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service in a lively setting Assist in food service duties when needed, including serving meals and catering events in a hospitality or restaurant environment Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the bar area at all times Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nightclub or event settings Requirements Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and cash processing Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Demonstrated expertise in cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and spirits management Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Ability to accurately perform basic math calculations related to retail math, cash handling, and billing procedures Familiarity with food safety standards and alcohol regulations applicable to the hospitality industry Experience with beverage sales techniques and upselling strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Basic catering experience is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial for inventory control and cash register operations Join us to be part of a vibrant team that celebrates creativity, excellence in service, and unforgettable guest experiences!
