Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience Manage POS systems such as Toast Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest consumption responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age regulations and responsible serving policies Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and tips Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of Toast POS a plus! Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling, and beverage preparation standards Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality experiences!
