Bartender

Who We Are Fortuna is a vibrant Mediterranean restaurant in Manhattan's East Village. We're a small, passionate team that takes pride in great food, genuine hospitality, and building something meaningful together. The Role We're looking for an experienced and personable Bartender to be the face of our bar program. You bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine love of hospitality. You're comfortable behind a busy bar, know your spirits and wine, and make every guest feel welcome from the moment they sit down. Responsibilities Bar Operations Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant and bar guests Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Open and close the bar according to established procedures Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Support the floor team during service as needed Who Thrives Here Guest Experience
