Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; process payments swiftly and securely. Restock bar supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and communicate shortages promptly. Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying guest identification and monitoring alcohol consumption. Collaborate with team members during events such as nightclub nights or banquet functions to ensure smooth operations. Follow all food handling procedures and safety regulations to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Previous experience in food service or hospitality industries is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.
