Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender at the brand new, state of the art golf sim and lounge- The Caddy Shack- where your passion for craft beverages and exceptional customer service will shine! In this lively role, you'll craft innovative cocktails, serve a diverse range of drinks, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation, combined with your vibrant personality, will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your bartending skills while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values professionalism and creativity. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality with each pour Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote repeat business Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with mixology techniques to keep our offerings fresh and exciting Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar operations during busy hours, including serving food when necessary in a fine dining or nightclub setting Qualifications Proven experience 2+ years in bartending or food service within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety practices and adherence to health regulations in food industry settings Experience with bar management or hospitality industry roles that involve serving alcohol responsibly and maintaining high standards Join us as a Bartender where your enthusiasm for beverages meets your talent for creating memorable moments.
