Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Square POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process all sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Experience 2+ years previous food service or restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Square POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse needs Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to grow your skills in the food industry, and ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a lively setting!
