As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, managing cash/credit transactions, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales Operate the Toast POS system to process cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining efficient service flow Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to enhance our drink menu Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages during shifts Handle cash handling procedures with accuracy, including processing payments and giving correct change Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service operations to ensure seamless guest experiences during events or busy hours Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings preferred Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine types, and craft beer brewing processes Familiarity with POS systems such Toast for efficient transaction processing Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and beverage recipe development is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently Restaurant or banquet experience that demonstrates versatility in food and beverage service roles Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to alcohol service regulations and responsible alcohol serving practices This dynamic role offers an exciting chance to develop your bartending expertise while contributing to an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
