This is not a standard bartending position. We are building a high-energy, elevated nightlife experience focused on craft cocktails, atmosphere, hospitality, and premium guest experience. We are looking for someone who can confidently lead behind the bar, create signature cocktails, maintain consistency under pressure, and help build a standout bar culture from the ground up. ## What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of bartending experience required
• Strong craft cocktail knowledge and technique
• Experience in upscale bars, lounges, restaurants, or nightlife venues
• Ability to create unique and memorable signature cocktails
• Strong leadership presence behind the bar
• High-level customer service and hospitality skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced nightlife environment
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of premium spirits, cocktail presentation, and modern cocktail trends ## Responsibilities
• Lead bar operations during service
• Create and maintain signature cocktail menus
• Help guide and support bartenders and bar staff
• Ensure consistency, speed, and quality of drinks
• Maintain bar organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Assist with inventory and bar preparation
• Collaborate with ownership on concept development
• Help create an energetic and upscale guest experience ## About the Concept
• New upscale cocktail bar & restaurant concept
• Restaurant and cocktail service primarily between 5 PM
• 11 PM
• Same-floor dining and cocktail atmosphere
• Select nights may extend bar operations until 12 AM or 2 AM
• High-energy nightlife-focused environment
