  • Part-time Roscoe Beer Company is seeking an energetic, dependable, and hardworking Bar Back to support our taproom team.
This role is essential to keeping the bar running efficiently by ensuring bartenders have everything they need to deliver an outstanding guest experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and is always willing to jump in wherever needed. Schedule Part-time (20-25 hours per week) Nights, weekends, holidays, and special events required Responsibilities Keep the bar fully stocked with beer, ice, glassware, garnishes, and supplies throughout each shift. Change beer kegs, restock coolers, merchandise, and retail displays. Maintain a clean, organized taproom by helping to wash glassware, bussing tables, removing trash, and completing opening and closing duties. Assist bartenders with food and beverage service during busy periods. Provide friendly customer service and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Qualifications Restaurant, brewery, or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Hourly wage plus tip percentage
