Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency with established recipes and standards Engage with members and their guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels of spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes; assist with stock replenishment as needed Handle multiple tasks efficiently by managing time effectively during busy service periods while ensuring quality service at all times Experience Proven bartending experience in fine dining establishments, or similar hospitality settings Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as club essentials for processing transactions smoothly Experience working with food service operations and understanding food safety protocols Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage members warmly and professionally Background in bar management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Previous experience in catering or involving beverage service is advantageous Join us to be part of a lively team that values your passion for hospitality!
