Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about menu items, and create a welcoming environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies, and monitor product freshness Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on customer preferences and trends Handle cash handling responsibilities including processing payments and giving accurate change Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events Experience Proven bartending experience in fine dining establishments or upscale venues with a focus on cocktail craftsmanship Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Background in food service or restaurant environments with excellent customer service skills Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling of alcohol and perishable ingredients Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through effective time management skills Nightclub or catering experience is a plus for high-energy environments Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
