Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure excellent customer service and build lasting relationships Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of all beverages according to safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, while handling cash safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service for events or special occasions Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards Proven experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments with a focus on beverage service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience in beverage recipe development and food pairing knowledge to enhance guest experience Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and alcohol service regulations Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and order processing Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as change making, sales tracking, and inventory management Previous experience with catering or retail environments is a plus but not required Join our team as a Bartender where your passion for hospitality meets your talent for creating memorable moments.
