Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and standards. Take customer orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash transactions efficiently using POS systems (Toast), handling cash and credit card payments accurately. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits. Assist with food service when needed, including serving appetizers and a full dinner menu. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and contribute to a positive team environment. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting. Willing to train the right candidate. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, mixology techniques, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Also, we will show the right person!! Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for processing transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accuracy in retail math and basic math skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Previous experience in hospitality industry roles involving beverage service, and food industry operations is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a dynamic environment.
