A Bartender mixes and prepares cocktails and serves drinks to customers. Works with other wait staff in a bar or restaurant; checks to be sure that customers are legal drinking age. May work at private parties.

As a Bar Assistant, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll maintain stock levels, support bartenders with preparation, and help uphold the refined atmosphere our guests expect. Key Responsibilities:
Assist bartenders with daily setup, restocking, and closing duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, storage, and glassware Refill ice, garnishes, beverages, and supplies throughout service Ensure all bar tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use Support the bartending team during peak service to ensure timely, high-quality service Uphold resort standards of professionalism, presentation, and guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods A passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the industry
