Part-Time / Event-Based Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and professional Catering Bartender for a private event in Southampton. The bartender will be responsible for setting up the bar, preparing and serving beverages, and providing friendly and attentive service to guests throughout the event. Responsibilities Set up and break down the bar station Prepare and serve beer, wine, mixed drinks, and basic cocktails Provide professional and courteous service to event guests Restock beverages, ice, glassware, and bar supplies as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area Follow responsible alcohol service and event procedures Work closely with catering and event staff to ensure smooth service Requirements Previous bartending experience required Catering, banquet, wedding, or private-event experience preferred Knowledge of standard cocktails and drink preparation Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills Reliable transportation to Southampton Must be punctual, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment Alcohol-service certification is preferred
