We are seeking an experienced, professional, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, spirits, and proper fine-dining service standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently.
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional guest service at the bar.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, ingredients, and menu offerings.
- Properly open, present, and serve wine according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including bar setup, prep, restocking, cleaning, and inventory organization.
- Prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, and other cocktail ingredients.
- Enter all orders accurately into the POS system and follow proper payment procedures.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol-service regulations.
- Communicate effectively with servers, management, and the kitchen to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with inventory control and notify management of low-stock or 86'd items.
- Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.
- Follow all restaurant sanitation, food-safety, and beverage-control policies. Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience; upscale or fine-dining experience preferred.
- Strong cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge.
- Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
- Must be dependable and work well as part of a team.
- Weekend and evening availability preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal bar-related lifting and physical duties.
We are looking for someone who understands that bartending is more than making drinks. The bartender is an important part of the overall dining experience and is expected to provide knowledgeable, polished, and genuine hospitality to every guest.
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
