Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Toast . Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and ensuring proper food safety and food handling procedures are followed at all times. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Provide excellent customer service by understanding guest preferences, offering recommendations, and managing special requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery in various settings such as nightclubs or fine dining venues. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment. Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Experience working in fine dining establishments or banquet settings is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and drink recipe calculations.
