Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Monitor guest consumption responsibly while promoting responsible drinking practices; handle any issues or concerns professionally. Restock bar supplies promptly during shifts to ensure seamless service without delays. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service smoothly. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and retail math is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to creating lively atmospheres while maintaining professionalism. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector, including catering or retail math proficiency. Ability to handle basic math calculations accurately for billing and inventory purposes; previous nightclub or brewing experience is advantageous.
