We are a bourbon, cocktail, and martini-focused dive bar looking for someone who knows how to make great drinks, provide excellent hospitality, and create an atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Prepare bourbon pours, cocktails, martinis, beer, and wine Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service Learn and maintain our cocktail recipes and drink standards Make knowledgeable bourbon and cocktail recommendations Handle high-volume service efficiently and accurately Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties Maintain a clean and organized bar Accurately handle POS transactions, cash, and guest tabs Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures Qualifications Bartending experience preferred Knowledge of bourbon, whiskey, classic cocktails, and martinis Strong customer-service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Available evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events What We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in their bar and understands that bartending is more than pouring drinks.
