Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink selections that enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments seamlessly Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods and support food service operations when needed Uphold responsible alcohol service policies while promoting a safe environment for guests and team members alike Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings is highly preferred Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, brewing processes, and beverage presentation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts Previous experience in food handling, catering events, banquet service or retail math is advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations is essential Join us to craft exceptional drinks and deliver outstanding hospitality in a lively environment where your skills make every guest's visit unforgettable!
