Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and providing excellent service to our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations. Utilize Square POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service for guests at the bar or during banquets and catering events. Demonstrate excellent time management skills by efficiently managing multiple orders during peak hours. Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Assist with stocking wine, accepting deliveries, and selling wine. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and sales reporting. Experience in bartending, along with knowledge of cocktail preparation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests in a fast-paced environment.
