Lead Bartender

Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails , serving food & drinks, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a fine dining setting is preferred. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to signature recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink & food orders and providing recommendations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Monitor liquor/wine/beer inventory levels and accurately logging inventory per management specifications. Assist with banquet and catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests. Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for transactions. Manage balancing cash drawer and authorization receipts inorder to ensure an accurate closeout each shift. Experience Previous bartending experience is required, with knowledge of cocktail preparation and drink mixing techniques. Familiarity with food service operations & customer service expectations in fine dining environments is preferred. Experience using POS systems for order processing. Strong understanding of food safety practices is essential. Excellent sales skills to promote food & drink specials and enhance guest experiences. Advanced wine & spirit knowledge is preferred. Advanced experience in upselling techniques is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting.
