Servers & Bartenders - Burntwood Tavern The Monven Group/ Burntwood Tavern was established in 2010 with the goal to give our guests a truly great experience each time they step through our doors. Job Requirements 3+ years bartending or serving experience in high volume is preferred Outgoing Energetic Personality Passion for the guest experience Strong knowledge of mixed drinks General Wine and Beer knowledge is essential to success Reliability Understanding of the steps to great guest service Team oriented attitude - It takes all of us to make each day great!
