Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales through personalized recommendations. Maintain knowledge of current beverage trends, recipes, and techniques; develop new drink recipes to keep offerings fresh and innovative. Operate POS systems such as Toast Manage bar inventory levels by restocking supplies, monitoring stock rotation, and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, alcohol service regulations, and cleanliness protocols in all areas of the bar. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods such as nights or special events like banquets or nightclub nights. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine selection, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Demonstrated time management skills to handle fast-paced environments without compromising quality or safety standards. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order entry. Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling procedures preferred but not required.
