This role requires proficiency in TOAST as well as a solid understanding of food safety and handling practices. Experience in customer service and catering environments is highly valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and making recommendations Process transactions accurately using

TOAST POS.

Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly while maintaining accurate records Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during banquets or special events Stay updated on drink recipes, trends in the food industry, and brewing techniques Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant or nightclub setting Familiarity with TOAST. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle high-pressure situations efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing Experience in fine dining or banquet services is a plus Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required A passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to providing outstanding service
