This is not a passive bartending role. We are looking for someone who can hold the room, move with urgency, and lead by example.

What You ll

Do:

Run shifts independently and keep the bar clean, stocked, and controlledExecute cocktails with speed and consistencyMaintain inventory, set par levels, and assist with ordering to keep the bar properly stockedHelp simplify and maintain a focused, high-performing menuSet the tone for service, pace, and professionalism behind the barAssist in training and supporting additional staffWhat We re

Looking For:

2+ years bartending experience (cocktail experience required)Strong presence behind the bar calm, fast, and reliableLeadership mindset able to take ownership of a shiftExperience with inventory, ordering, or bar management is a plusNo drama, no call-offs reliability is non-negotiableUnderstands how to balance quality with volume

Compensation:

Schedule:
