Overview Liberty Tavern is seeking energetic and motivated Servers/Bartenders to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional customer service, expertly serving food and beverages, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our guests leave satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders for food and beverages using efficient POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Manage cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including wine pairings or specialty drinks Uphold food handling protocols and ensure guest safety at all times Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and billing accuracy Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible evening and/or weekend shifts Previous experience with serving alcohol in a responsible manner is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences through lively service and genuine hospitality!
