Bartender

Job Description Ike's Crestline is getting ready to open, and we're looking for experienced, energetic bartenders to join our opening team! We're hoping to open May 1st, with training beginning approximately two weeks prior to opening. This is a great opportunity to be part of a brand-new bar from the ground up and help create the atmosphere, service style, and guest experience from day one.

We want bartenders who are:

Friendly, outgoing, and confident behind the bar Able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Comfortable handling high-volume service Knowledgeable in beer, liquor, and classic cocktails Great with guests and able to create a welcoming, fun atmosphere Team players who are willing to help with setup, stocking, cleaning, and all-around opening prep

Responsibilities Include:

Preparing and serving beer, cocktails, and mixed drinks Providing excellent customer service and engaging with guests Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Checking IDs and serving alcohol responsibly Handling cash and POS transactions accurately Assisting with opening and closing duties Helping during pre-opening setup and training

Requirements:

Previous bartending experience preferred Weekend and evening availability required Ability to work on your feet for long periods Must be dependable and ready to be part of an opening team Must be 21+
