Mixologist

Overview We are seeking a person who is interested in learning to become a Mixologist under the guidance of our current skilled mixologist. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cocktail preparation and customer service. As a Mixologist, you will create unique and delicious drinks while providing an exceptional experience for our guests in our Speakeasy. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and ingredients are readily available. Engage with customers, providing recommendations, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as necessary. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Uphold all safety and health regulations related to food handling and alcohol service. Skills Strong mathematical skills, including retail math for managing inventory and transactions. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences. Familiarity with Toast or similar systems is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Sales skills that contribute to upselling beverages and enhancing overall revenue.
