Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience Manage cash transactions accurately using Micros POS, including processing payments and handling cash safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on current trends and guest preferences Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs to management for restocking Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer styles Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments preferred Ability to develop beverage recipes creatively while adhering to safety standards and alcohol regulations Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations Knowledge of food safety practices related to food handling and beverage service in the hospitality industry Join us as a Bartender where your passion for beverages and dedication to guest satisfaction will shine!
