Bartender and Server with Experience Fifth Street Brewpub Dayton, OH Job Details Full-time From $5.50 an hour + tips 2 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Bar sanitation Bar cleaning Bar safety compliance (food service) Full Job Description Fifth Street Brewpub is a cooperatively owned brewery and restaurant. We are looking for an enthusiastic new addition to our full time service staff. We are a brewery and restaurant and require beer knowledge and focus on a great guest experience. Compensation includes hourly plus tips. There is room to grow into shift lead position. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Resume and proven working experience in a restaurant Knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar and restaurant organized, stocked and clean Relevant training certificate
