Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender/Server to join our vibrant team. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and other specialty drinks, utilizing your cocktail experience and beverage recipe development skills. Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly. Process cash transactions efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space to uphold health and safety standards. Engage with guests to enhance their experience, answer questions about menu items, and recommend drinks based on preferences. Plan food preparation accordingly to ensure timely delivery of food orders and coordinate service seamlessly during busy hours. Stay informed about new drink recipes, industry trends, and promotional events to contribute fresh ideas for beverage offerings. Skills Proven experience in food service, particularly in restaurant settings, with strong knowledge of beverage preparation. Extensive spirits experience with the ability to craft a wide range of cocktails confidently. Proficiency with POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to develop new beverage recipes and adapt existing ones creatively. Strong multitasking abilities to manage bar operations while delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of alcohol.
